If 4 out of 5 people SUFFER from a total inability to make intelligent questions does that mean the 5th person enjoys it?
And if so is it because their brain feels better when they are done?

Being as sick as you are, and that you are not a young child, the possibility of a rotovirus is unlikely but not out of the realm of possibility. Some forms of Salmonellosis can give you these symptoms, as well as some protozoan infections like giardia lamblial Bring a stool sample right away to your doctor for analysis and tell him or her especially about the pain so that they can get you on good medications. Also, cryptosporidium is well known to cause flu like stomach aches that hang around for a while so I'd mention this to the doctor as well. It all comes down to that little cup of stool you provide. It's like gold in the hands of your doctor and gives him or her a lot to analyze for you. Don't be surprised if the doctor asks for blood test to check for anemia and electrolyte levels (like sodium and pottasium) to check for your over all hydration well-being. when i went to the doctors he asked when i first discovered i had diarrhea i said when i took my bicicle clips off
