How Do I Use Window Blinds?

I heard of window blindes on a form but still can't figure out how to use it. (Don't Eaxplain what it is).I know it is for costminse my computer.

After you install the program and activate it, then you open up the program, and to the left is a menu. Click on skins, and you will see the skins on the bottom .. you can double click on desired skin to install it.

When you download skins from the wincustomize website, they will automatically install into the windowblinds software. Once they are installed, a little sindow will popup telling you that it was installed, if you click on that while it shows (it only shows for a moment), it will load the blind you just downloaded.
