You need a fat percentage test of some sort. You can buy cheap ones at the Source, but for the most accurate results, consult your doctor/dietician. There is a submersion test that they can perform if you really want to know.

The BMI is not very accurate but you can get "fat calipers" (I'm not kidding) that will measure the fat.
