Maybe my answer is not so serious but I hope you would like it. Maybe you should try real polish cooking, always opened for other atractive and egzotic cooking, like one of my most liked dish russian pierogi. It always makes me smile, because its old joke about polish cooking that its so influenced by cooking from our neighbourhood and now even from all world. Of corse you should be careful, lastly we have problems here in Poland, the quality of food in shops is like "rulette" (maybe even russian rulette)... I better dont explain the details. Somehow I have found that west countries dont have any soured food in their menu. i think its mistake because sour food is easier to digest and bacteria cultures eaten with then regulate the process of digest.
Polish comonly consumed soups like "żurek", "kapusniak", "pomidorowa", "rosół z kury" (important: HOME-COOKED NOT FROM DAMM BAGS) are very tasty, not fattening and nutritious food. The proof: I am somewhere about 1.70 m high (5.57 foots) and I weight somewhere about 62 kg (136.6 pounds). Actually it posibly depends on all other circumstances, but who knows I dont complain for what I eat... uh, maybe I would like a litle more weight from muscle ( ;) )but I dont have enough time to visit a gym and a stable weight I have should rather make me happy. It means I am fully heatlhy what I wish for anyone other. So... just it...

It really depends on the person, their exercise habits, BMI, muscle-to-fat ratio and a ton of other things. Consult with a dietician to find your perfect diet.

Ok well there is no perfect diet. Your body get health not by just what food you put in it but also what exersise you get. You can eat pizza all day every day as long as you exersise and burn it off.

i do no longer see why rather everyone seems to be so desperate to convince themselves that the wine stated interior the Bible became non-alcoholic. the place does that concept come from? whilst Paul advises Timothy to "have a sprint wine on your abdomen," does all and sundry particularly have self belief they have been discussing the moral ramifications of eating grape juice? If human beings desire to have self belief that obtaining satisfied is the type of sin that they'd desire to stay each 2d of their lives stone chilly sober, then some distance be it from me to argue with them. Chacun a son gout. yet whilst they are particularly attracted to doing the main they'd for their wellness, they'd desire to think approximately the main present scientific findings, that are that alcohol is unquestionably one of countless aspects in purple wine that, in reasonable quantities, isn't purely benign yet unquestionably helpful.
