Go back to your optometrist and ask these questions. They shouldn't have let you leave without making sure you were 100% clear on these questions. Contacts are great, but if you don't handle them properly, you can SERIOUSLY mess up your eyes.

Pour a few drops of solution over each contact (it should be about 5 seconds for each of them) and then make sure there is enough solution in the contacts case. Always wash your hands before putting your contacts in and taking them off.

Good luck! :-)

YOUR EYE DR. SHOULD OF WENT THROUGH THIS WITH YOU. HE SHOULD OF ALSO GIVEN YOU A TRAIL SIZE BOTTLE OF SOLUTION AND ALL OF THE THINGS YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CONTACTS. USE THE MULTIPURPOSE SOLUTION AND GO BY THE DIRECTIONS. YOU ALSO NEED TO CLEAN THEM ONCE A WEEK WITH TABLETS AND SOLUTION. YOU'LL GET THE HANG OUT OF IT. I'VE HAD MINE FOR 19 YEARS, NOT THE SAME PAIR. GOOD LUCK.

Use contact solution. You can go to any drug store and find it. The best brand to get is Acuvue....I thinks that's how to spell.
