and other things like homework, church projects, drama, student council, and everything. So my question is: Is it okay if I can only work out 15 minutes everyday? Or should I get more time to exercise? because I want to lose a few pounds but I don't have a lot of time to exercise, I have been working out for 15 minutes for a few days now and I see results but should I try to make more time?

You should probably make sure you are excersising about 4 times a week for 30 minutes or more. It seems like sometimes it is very hard to work it into our schedules, because they really are hectic in this country, but excersise is so important. Also make sure you are eating healthy, because that also is a good contributor to weight loss and overall health. Good luck, it's worth it though to find more time :)

It may not be possible to find time for a formal workout as you seem to keep yourself quite busy as it is. Try to work in extra exercise when you can. Walk stairs when possible, run instead of walking or riding in a car. Between parts of your acivities when there is a spare moment do some exercised. This can really add up to a major workout if you do this consistantly.

I have the same issue. My trick is to join some kind of sports team that you enjoy anyways, so that you will have no trouble making time for it. Also, if you are really commited, try waking up earlier to exercise. It will suck, at first, but so does being fat, right?
O and 15 min. really isn't enough. Shoot for at least 30. Good luck!

Good job prioritizing! It sounds like you feel that school work is more important to you right now. I would say fifteen minutes of exercise is fine for right now if you can already see the results. If later on you feel like it's not enough, then lengthen it to thirty minutes and keep increasing. Just make sure to keep eating healthy foods and drink lots of water! :]

it is hard for many people to fit exercise into their daily routine but you're doing a good job. 15 minutes is better than nothing.

Dump the whole chruch thing.
You should try exercising more. 15min is a bare min for exercise, and your results will be slow
