Don't know what you are asking. White man's borders cut across cultural borders. A good example is where Canada and the U.S. are trying to make criminals of people who cross that border to visit relatives.

The Indians in "Latin America" are just other people, the language of the invaders and squatters is not a determining factor.

In pre-Colombian America, from the Artic to the southern tip of South America, tribes fought with some tribes and traded with others and formed alliances with some.

The boundaries established and shown on modern maps did not exist before the conquest of Mexico, so they were of no consequence to the indigenous peoples of the time. It is probably safe to assume the people of one part of the Americas gave very little thought to people they did not know and with whom they had no communication. That is probably also the case today. Except for a general concern for the well being of all people, it is unlikely the Huron Indians of the United States and Canada would think much of the Indians of Oxaxca or Michoacan, nor would the Chickasaws have much in common with Indians who live in the Andes Mountains.

Advances in communication, such as the internet, may allow various people to come to know eachohter and develop friendships. Natural curiosity about people will probably bring people together in some ways.

There is no such place as Latino America. Just a bunch of Low Lifes that have invaded our country, because they could not stand what they have made of their own country. You can cut the crap now, no one is buying your slight of hand.
As far as the American Indian is concerned they had their uprising against the Spanish at Shango Pavi in 1640, They currently have a Kachina Doll that shows an Ogre with a bloody knife in one hand and the Head of a priest in the other. The priest appropriated his woman and that was a bad mistake.
That Answer your question, Man without a country. The American Indian has a culture of his own. They don't need welfare, and they don't hold wild parties for the purpose of getting drunk or stoned and
knocking up the Teenage girls. Most of them are poor but refined. They have nothing in common with the current crop of invaders from south of the border.

Despite what several previous posters have said, it's important to recognize that many indigenous tribes south of the United States are still discriminated against. In my experience, many illegal aliens tend to look down on me because I am Native American. To hear people say that a lot of Mexicans claim to be indigenous makes me laugh. Most Mexicans do everything they can to deny they have any indigenous heritage. All you have to do is look at the treatment of the indigenous people in Mexico, Guatemala, and Venezuala to see the descrimination that persists to this day. Groups like the Zapatista's in Mexico, which consist mostly of indigenous people, still work to gain equality for the people in their state of Chiapas.

Renegade and Jarhead said it perfectly but I have noticed that many Mexicans claim to be Native Americans, what a joke! They don't say "South American", they want to live off of the legacy of the North American indigenous peoples just like they want to live off of the American tax payers. They make me sick.

I believe that you meant to say, " North American Natives" & "South American Natives"

I do my best to respect all cultures in the manner taught to me by my elders, but, I as an American citizen refuse to stand idly by while a neighboring nation exports its masses of ethnic poor to my homeland.
America has laws, any person or group of peoples needs to follow the established laws of the United States concerning immigration in an orderly and lawful manner.
If a person or group of peoples choose to ignore the established laws of the United States, then I have no compunction about dealing harshly with them, Whatever fate befalls them is of their own choosing because they chose to ignore our laws.
