I can't tell you there is one best way to do it. Talk to her,
and complement her would be a start. It could be her
perfume, clothing, or whatever, just make it classy, not

Well you start off by meeting her! then you say funny cute things that makes her smile and giggle,....the touchie stuff is for when you two are closer.you just be yourself and she would find somethin great in you. think of them as a friend not a girl you're "trying to impress" or none of that. good luck! and smile.
