when ever i click a download icon nothing happens.i cant scan my cpu with spyware/anti spy when i try a message saying "ypsr error" there was a problem initializing the scanner. can anyone help please??

i can not download anything including software to solve problem. when i try to run anit spy. spiware scan i get the yspr error message. the module that says run save will not show. i think my cpu is missing a componant but i dont know what the download componant is or where to find. help. i already tried to restore to earlyer day but problem prosest.

if you have a copy of windows, format the drive and reinstall windows...you will lose all your data but this seems like your only option...back up your data

I suggest , you reformat the hard disc. I can give you a link that deals with hard drive problems. Some RAM/ hard drive problems can be easily fixed yourself by using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in useful
