2-3 days for occasional use. Heavy use may be a few days longer, up to a week.

It should not be in your system a week from now.

Your question concerns me because I looked up your background and I'm guessing that you are not an adult, even though you may deny that.

What you should be more worried about is how dangerous Vicodin and other pain killers are. If you have a legitimate prescription, then you can call your local pharmacist and ask them how long it lasts in YOUR bloodstream.

Everyone’s body is different, so make sure they know who you are, or at least, your weight, age, etc., or they wont be able to give you the correct answer. If you just go asking anyone, the answer you get might be wrong - then you WILL fail the drug screen.

Your body weight, metabolism, how much Vicodin you took, and other factors are important in determining an exact answer (or close to exact).

I responded because I got a bad feeling when I read your question. I’m sorry this is not the answer you wanted – nobody wants an uninvited lecture. I’m just trying to help you in a more important way if I can, and IF I guessed right about you.

If I am wrong, then I apologize in advance, but I won’t apologize for caring. I don’t have to know you to care. :)

Vicodin can be detected in the urine 2-4 days after you take it. Ativan and all benzodiazepine group drugs stay in your system for 7-10 days. If you are taking either of these medications without the proper prescriptions, I would advise you to stop. The side effects of both of these medications are dangerous, especially for those that don't need them. Not to mention you would be breaking several laws by even having them on your person without a script.

Generally, Vicodin will leave residual amounts for up to 30 days. I don't think you would have to worry about passing a drug screen, however because the good news is Vicodin is a legal drug when used properly under prescription for severe pain relief.

I take Vicodin and it takes anywhere from 24-36 hrs. Drink plenty of water to flush your system.

you shouldn't have a problem with a drug test and vicodin. from what i know its a perfectly legal drug to use if you have a prescription for it.

For it to pass a urine screen, I'd give it at least a day and drink plenty of water!

It depends on how long youve been on it. If youve just had a couple recently, itll take about a week, and itll be gone. Also depending on if they check your blood or your urine.

if youve been on them for months or yrs, its gonna be awhile. Drink alot of water.
