The best thing to have first thing in the morning is freshly juiced fruits and vegetables. They will correct the acidic pH that we all wake up with. Then, have something with a lot of fiber - like oat bran cereal - Cheerios are good. Don't use cow's milk. Use soy milk like vanilla Silk. Great for you and really tasty. You can't tell the difference.
Eggs are horrible for you. Full of cholesterol. Who wants to eat little chicken abortions anyway?
Soysage is great to fry up - use canola oil.
I love hash browns...use organic potatoes, onions, and peppers.
I make biscuits a lot. I just use Bisquick and it takes 10 minutes to bake them. Soy milk works fine.
I make grits a lot when I'm in a hurry. Just boil some water, add some soy butter, salt, and Tofutti American cheese. Yum.
There's a lot of healthy alternatives to the standard American "kill me and make me take a lot of medicine" diet.
Good luck! Breakfast is important. Your body doesn't burn calories until you take some in. Some people don't understand that.

Sometimes I make quiche and it's easy. Blend some eggs, cream (or milk) green onions, pepper, salt in a blender. Pour this into a pie shell - can also put in the shell, cooked sausage, ham or bacon. Bake for about 40 minutes and ta da! breakfast is served! :)

I am not too sure what you actually mean. What are wahts, do you mean warts, you should not eat warts for breakfast or any other meal, you should not even eat them for a snack, although they are calorie free, they contain no nuritional benefit. Eating toenails or mucus is done by ceratin people but they are not classed as a foodstuffs. There are many body parts one could eat that contain protiens the ones named above are certainly not. My advice is that you should look to other forms of foods, a good way to start one's day and set your metabolism off is by eating a selection of fruits, seeds, nuts and cereal products.
