If you are moving from full fat to reduced fat, you must have , at least, some small part of you that would feel better about eating something "healthier".
MOVE AWAY FROM THE BROWNIE!
There are plenty of bad things for you in that brownie, and the fat content is just the tip of the iceberg. Preservatives, cholesterol, addictive substances. There is absolutly nothing positive that can come from ingesting that.

Go to a health food store, purchase and organic chocolate bar, eat 1 serving (not 1 bar), after you do a little exercise, as your reward.

When you use a reduced fat item, realize that they have replaced the fat with a sugar product and that will increase the carbo amount and will contribute to weight gain.
Go to the grocery store and check out carbo counts on regular items against their lowfat counterparts.
I'd rather have the fat than the carbos and yes there is a taste difference.

Sometimes they are not as chewy. I had some brownies at my friend's house that are made with yogurt. They are from a mix and are in the health food section of supermarkets (in Canada). They are called "No Pudge" brownies and are soooo good. You still have to be careful of sugar content though, because sugar stores in your body as fat.

Yes, you wouldn't even notice the difference.

The only reason you would notice the difference is the package.

I've-and like-sugar free and fat free pound cake. Great!
