A nap would allow you to recharge a bit, so that would be a good thing

Since most Americans are chronically overrested, naps are particularly good for you. In many countries, an afternoon nap is done daily.

I love afternoon naps. I'd choose a nap over a full night sleep anytime. I think they're good. But I'm not sure :-/

It's individual. If you have a mood disorder or sleep disorder, sleeping during the day can throw you off and cause problems.

short naps are good for you, they should be less than an hour though.

However, people have different bio rhythms.

Actually Everyday i woke up 7:30 AM ~ 4:00PM ..

its not bad =)

they are good :) if u can do it go for it. your body needs rest but make sure your not exceeding the hours
