how do i put this in a delicate fashion...anywhere you have hair...ahem....you can get lice

It depends on how bald they were. Also, they could get body lice.

Those lice are smart critters. Once they land on your bald head and discover there's nothing to latch on to, they are going to scamper down south and latch on down there. Now THAT might be a difficult one to explain to the Mrs., Ms., Miss...or Mr. ;)

yes, bald men can get lice from the pubic areas too.

I don't think so, lice need somewhere to attatch their eggs and stay warm. If someone has no hair, it would not be possible for them to do this.
