Mexico and Colombia are cheaper than Call Centers in the US because of benefits and salaries offered to their workers, plus telecommunicatons in Mexico (TELMEX) is the biggest of the Americas.

Mexico and Colombia have a cleaner Spanish (meaning less accents and less local dialect influence).
