Personally, that's none of your business if it belongs 2 mom and dad or mom and another man. Ask your sister if it's hers and let her know what you found and she should be careful with things laying around like that. The main thing u should learn from this , somebody used a condom for protection.

Hey your not on your own, all families argue and to be honest life wuld be boring without the odd shouting match.
Just because you parents argue it doesn't mean they don't love each other and aren't intmate - they might have made up after the last argument!
