if you think about the hair on your head, it's alot older than the hair on your legs and even under your arms. thats one reason for the splitting, its age and condition. but think about the hair on your arms. you dont have to cut it bcuz it only grows so long. and no matter how long it is, and how old it is, it doesn't damage the way the hair on your head does. they're different kinds of hair. so no, the hair on your legs or under your arms doesn't split.

Hairs on your legs and under your arms are not very attractive just shave them off then they wont split and doubt it matters if they did split not like you wanted them there anyway.

Yes. Any hair can become dry and split. The best way to avoid it is to moisturize your skin, and therefore the hair on it, as soon as you get out of the shower.

Yes. If your hair is long enough. But if any hair on your arms and legs are long enough to get spit ends ewwww that's disgusting.
