imacathol,This question comes from Gods love. I thank you for your response. Yes,this Quote is from swami muktananda paramahamsa, after studying siddha yoga and experincing spiritual "awakening" i see that muktananda taught the same as Jesus but with much more clarity,i attribute this to the fact jesus was communicating with people on their level of understanding, even his closest deciples had difficulty with his parables. You can find referance to the guru deciple relationship in romans 8-29 you can find the source of faith in romans 1-19/20 all the new testament is about awakening to your oneness with GOD. the mystery hidden for ages. ephensians 4-18 renewal in mind an spirit(awakening) v-4 one body, one God in you all.v 4-13 unto perfect man v 2-22 for habatition of God through spirit. v 3-19 ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Jesus said to his deciples "ye are God" and much more. I ask several questions because I hear christians saying "i'm a sinner" and wonder why the ch

and i wonder why the christian church doesn't do anything about it?? I would have all to know I honor Jesus not as the son of God but GOD himself. all the talk of son, adopted son is just for communicating an idea. You are a hueman being, spirit,a being of light, unconditional love, made in the image an likeness of God, "God dwells within you as you",your purpose is being. all things are but very, very sophisticated holographs of GOD expressing his vision of himself. From love with love to love, whistle britches

I cannot find this alleged Bible quote.

This sounds more like Siddhayoga: http://www.geocities.com/mihirig/siddhayoga.htm

Please cite the Bible book, chapter and verse so that the rest of us can properly research your claims. Thanks.

With love in Christ.

For the church to answer it, they would have to take you directly into the Bible. Not for anything, but that's something you can do on your own...

Follow the passage below. Jesus promises to send
1 another comforter
2 I will come unto you
3 I am in my Father and He is in me, and I am in you.

John 14:26 tell us the the Holy Spirit is that comforter that Jesus will send for us,

He sends the Holy Spirit, and He comes along with the Father.
THAT is the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, with the Trinity intact.

I doubt his holiness, or indeed any of his junior priests, have the time to waste on yahoo answers that the rest of us do, busy as they are with the day to day running of a global religion. Good luck with getting an audience though, if you can sing Panis Angelicus in a good opera voice like Charlotte Church you might be in with a shot.

16Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?

I am afraid I am not the pope but would say if you are revering to Corinthians it is from Paul not ??Jesus and he is saying once we accept Jesus into our heart he is with us always and we must respect ourselves as we would him.

19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
PS I am not catholic either

No one could possibly answer for the Catholic Church. It's messed up.

Because there is no earthly power available if worshippers connect directly to their deity.

As in any commercial enterprise, the real money is made by the middleman!!

What is that supposed to mean? I've read the Bible in its entirety at least a dozen times and I never saw any such passage. Please identify the passage you think says that.
