I think what your really saying is that heaven wouldnt be heaven if our pets our not there to be with us .
i totally agree and i believe that our pets WILL be there even before some of our past on loved ones to greet us .
i truly believe this ,there is really no greater love then a devoted pet and it's owner [i feel] they give unconditional love/protection and never judge us for who we are ,nothing on earth loves us like that of a devoted pet .
so i agree with you i dont want to go eitherif i didnt know they were there also ,,,too me they are just as much a part of Gods kingdom and really through them we learn a lot of lessons in love .
anyway dont worry keep the picture of all those pets you loved jumping all over you when you arrive on the other side ,and laugh because the humans will have to wait there turn [nice picture isnt it :}:}:}

Other than animals given to us for food, God created many domestic animals for our enjoyment. Animals, unlike people, were not created with the ability to worship their Creator. Only humans have the ability to serve God and work towards gaining either eternal life in heaven or eternal life here on earth. We can see this by the Scripture found at John 17:3--"And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." Animals are unable to take in knowledge of God and his Son, so although we love them and they can bring us pleasure, they do not live forever, They simply return as dust to the ground as the Bible states at Ecclesiastes 3:19,20--"For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again."
Humans are promised a resurrection from the dead and the wonderful hope of living forever here on a cleansed earth.

I have a deceased friend who has visited me in dreams. I asked her where my cat, Shadow is. She told me a garden. Later I read an opinion that all animals go to a garden. The pets that were loved here wait for us to come and get them. I will be there to get my Shadow.

I personally feel that our pets will be in heaven...but I don't know of scripture that reveals that....however, I trust that the same God who made some animals to become our pets knows that we will want to see them again...so I believe, since He knows our heart and we are made to be like Him, His heart is greater than ours...and He will give us our heart's desire in this.
