i think of the healthiest foodstuff is a stability of a great style fruit, vegetables, oil-wealthy fish, lean meats, skinless chicken, eating water, skimmed milk, fruit juice, pulses, nuts, oats, wholemeal bread and so on. style is the spice of existence, so with a stable stability you would be unable to bypass incorrect. sidestep fizzy liquids, inclusive of coke and pepsi, as they are greater desirable used as lavatory purifier. A dentist as quickly as positioned a teeth in some coca cola to bathe the teeth. He left it in one day, and whilst he back interior the morning, the teeth had dissolved.

orange peppers (not teh spicy kinda) are very good for you.

pomegranates also are high in antioxidants and can lead to a longer life.

rice has a lot of carbohydrates.

potatoes has a lot of vitamin C that can prevent scurvy. (also tomatoes as well)

ginseng tea (and just any asian tea) can cleanse the body and make u feel refreshed.

basically, go for light and non-heavy and fattening foods.
