anybody heard about a new bistro in hitchin (herts)called doughtys?

i went there yesterday and it was fantastic!!!!

A mate of mine works in the kitchen, he said its vile what some of the staff do to the food, 1 man wiped his nose on lettice and another wiped his backside on a steak.

is that the new place on brand street if it is i think ive been there (too drunk). had a good night in rose and crown.
