No dogs allowed in 4 or 5 star hotels! Pattaya has 'dog hotel' where you actually can check in your dog.

I don't think the 4-5 stars hotel will accept your dog in the hotel, but you may use the service from some vet clinics that they will look after your dog. They will charge you per day. However, why don't you looking for some bungalow-type of hotel which they might allow your beloved dog shares the bungalow with you?

While Thais are very fond of dogs, I doubt a good hotel will allow a dog. You may consider renting a condo for a couple of weeks. That could be done for about the same cost of a hotel.

i know a hotel its too clean very nice and good in location but with out any stars its name is white rose mansion its very very very good i visited it 5 times you will enjoy it
