By pressing printscreen, the picture gets saved on the clipboard. So, before you press printscreen to capture another picture (clipboard can store only one picture at a time), you need to download it and save it by opening any imaging program (or even Word / Powerpoint) and pressing paste and then saving the image.
By the way, you also get freeware clipboard addons that will help you not only retrive images saved this way, but also allow you to save multiple images. Search for clipboard addons on Google.

There are two ways.
1) Right after you capture the image with Prnt Scrn, paste the image to MS Paint.
2) download the MS Clipboard Viewer at:

They're saved to the "clipboard". If you want to view/save them, after you've pressed the Print-Screen button, open up "Paint", and paste it there.

Open ms paint, and press CTRL+V
When you press Print Screen, it is like a copy and paste. If you press print screen again, it will overwrite the last one.
