i havent eaten yet today, but i dont want anything too unhealthy..i jsut cant decide..any suggestions?

Chicken Salad!

If at home, you coulld grill some chicken or fish and eat with a salad. Or just fix some tuna salad w/celery, apples, pickles, onions or what ever you like in tuna.
Away from home, order a nice chef or grilled chicken salad.

Salad with baby romaine, shaved almonds, radishes, cucumbers, low fat mozarella cheese, shredded carrots, purple cabbage and fat free salad dressing. Eat a hard boiled egg with it and drink a glass of skim milk. For dessert have some chopped fruit with a little splenda mixed in, about a tablespoon of large oatflakes. Put it in a bowl and microwave it for about 1 minute. Pour it over some 95% fat free icecream or frozen yogurt.
