They other dog was a boxer too maybe just a bit bigger then her... and to the answer to if i loved her so much... i do love her and this was a planned thing... i have very well behaved dogs and have a couple people that would love to have her puppies so that is the reason I let her become pregnant.I know they are going to loving house.

Well according to you, your pet should have around 4 more weeks to go.If she is big then that is better,as the bigger she is just means there is more than two pups, which is better,as the more pups a dog is carrying the small the pups, and she can freewhelp easier.I don't think you have anything to worry about, unless during the birth of the pups, one gets lodged in the birth canal ,but this rarely occurs. She will carry the pups from 56 to 63 days, and possible she could go into labor on the 56 day,as usually in a big litter, the female can have early. Some will tell you 59 to 63 days, but I've had females deliver at 56 days when litter was more than two pups.Good luck on your new babies.

You can always take her to the vet for an ultrasound. They can see the pups and let you know about how many there will be. You could also talk with your vet about C-section for birth if you're really worried. Normal gestation for dogs is 54-63 days so you're almost there! Another week or so and you'll be a grandma!

Take her to the vet and ask him the same questions you have asked us. It is possible that she will be OK but it is better to find out earlier than later. I am not sure if she is too far along to abort the pregnancy but my guess would be she is. How much she weighs, her bone structure and how many babies she is carrying are all questions for the vet. Also, the size of the male needs to be taken into consideration. She may be OK but may need a C-section to deliver. Good luck.

If your boxer is a mature female the proper age for mating (at least 2 years old), you shouldn't be unduly worried. You should be taking her to the vet for a check-up though. And now's a good time to make sure you know how to help her through the whelping, how to look after her while she's nursing, as well as how to help look after the litter.

what size dog got her pregnant? if he was much bigger then her, then the puppies may be to big for her to have naturally, she would have to have a ceserian, when i was a teenager, i had a little dog that a big dog got to and she died having the pups, check with the vet.

She'll be OK but you should have her under veterinarian care also. I bet those puppies will be so cute. Good Luck to you and her and them. I had a boxer that I named Rocky when I was a kid and he was such a good dog to my whole family, neighbors, friends

If you care so much about her, then why didn't you have her spayed or at LEAST kept her away from male dogs when she was in heat?

When you say "little" boxer, what do you mean by that? Do you mean little as in young?

Why are people congratulating irresponsibility?

first of all...Congratulations!

second, take her to the vet and let him check her out. if you want a healthy pregnant dog, definately take her to the vet.

third, have her spayed to prevent unwanted puppies.
