No. You can't tell for sure if a mushroom is poisonous by looking at it, unless you are an expert at identifying mushrooms. There are no tests to help you tell a poisonous mushroom from a nonpoisonous mushroom.

No mushrooms are poisonous. About 2 toadstools are so the risk is pretty slight.
If you are in doubt as to if you have a mushroom or not, just smell it. If you know what a mushroom smells like you will soon know the difference. Also the veins under the mushroom are a lovely light brown.

If it came from a grocery store its not poison. If it grew in your yard there is a good chance it can kill you.. The standard survival method of testing is to place a small piece of it in the fold inside your elbow for 1 hour. If it does not make a rash or anything, place a small piece between your lip and gum for 30 minutes. If it does not affect you, eat a small piece and wait a while. No affect, eat a little more....THIS IS FOR EMERGENCY SURVIVAL PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT SUGGESTED UNLESS YOU ARE STARVING WITHOUT ANY OTHER FOOD AVAILABLE

There is no easy way, it takes practice.
