No. Side bangs are, by definition, angle-cut to be longer at the sides where they sweep your cheeks.

My side bangs are the same length when you brush them down over my face. But when they are off tho side they don't look the same length. So my answer is no you could have them layered or thinned. Anyway actually but i prefer mine the same length.
