I always praise the Affinia Manhattan! It is at 391 7th Avenue, directly opposite Madison Square Garden and Penn St. Station, l x block from Maceys and the Empire State Building, loads of restaurants, all the usual shops, H & M, Zara, Barneys, Daffy's etc.bars, diners, and a short walk from Times Square. Enjoy!
