Hey Step, how long has it been when you bought your mavic ? cause those babies usually has warranty on it, so fret not, go to the bike store that you bought it from and exhange it one to one, if its not covered in your warranty, please visit the mavic website at http://www.mavic.com Cheers

if it is slitely bent so that you can barely see that it is bent then go to any local bike shop and they will fix it for you but if you can see that it is bent right away then you will have to order a new rim wich costs from 30-300 dollars
note:once in a while pull the spokes like how you will play a guitar and listen to the sound of it if all of them sound about hte same then your rim is in ultra good condition but if it sounds very different then your rim might be bent

Try this link http://www.mavic.com/ You should be able to find what you need at this point, and you spell it MAVIC

Depending on the severity ( if it's not it severely bent ) it can be fixed and basically any local bike shop should be able to replace the bladed spokes and true the rim.

Have an experienced tech work on those for sure or you can say goodbye to your warranty not to mention the spoke key for those puppies is pretty costly if your local shop doesnt have it go to a better shop. BTW the reason you couldent find them is you were spelling Mavic wrong http://www.mavic.com/
