Brush your tongue way back, floss regularly, and overuse of breath mints can actually exacerbate this problem...but pretty much morning mouth is a universal thing....

Drink lots of water the evening before and that will help eliminate morning breath. Also don't eat meat or dairy late in the evening, stick to fruits and veggies about four hours before you go to bed. That should help significantly, a poor/unbalanced diet and not drinking enough water is the number one cause of morning breath. Hope that helps : )

I am not sure what you can eat the night before but a friend of mine swears that eating raw green pepper slices helps her breath. she had bad breath due to a throat issue and I never got close enough to check, but from a distance she was o.k.

Unfortunately darling, EVERYONE has stank-@ss bref first thing in the morning, probably even the Baby Jesus. There are things that you can avoid consuming before you go to bed to eliminate really heninous bref...the kind that peels paint off the walls...i.e., garlic, onions, beer, Limburgher cheeze, etc....but you will probably still have garden-variety bad bref. I just always make a mad dash to the bathroom to brush my teeth in the morning before my sweetheart can kiss me.

Make sure you brush your teeth before going to bed. Flossing and gargling with a mouth wash should also help. If none of this works, go see your dentist!
