why do your eyes twitch and how can you mak it stop?

Eyelid tics and twitches may be due to deficiencies of magnesium or potassium. Try eating more fruits and vegetables for potassium, and take calcium-magnesium-zinc pills 3 times a day with meals for magnesium.

It's a muscle twitching in your eye orbit, I must admit it is very annoying, but it usually stops at it's own time frame. Sometimes rubbing the area gently will assist in stopping the twitching, a cool cloth. But for the most part, just have to ride it out.

I RENEMBER ONE TIME WERE MY EYE STARTED TWITCHING AND I ASKED MY MOM WHY IT WAS TWITCHING. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS TIRED AND MABYE I DIDNT FEEL TIRED BUT ATLEAST MY EYE LID WAS TIRED! IM NOT SURE IF IT IS TRUE BUT WHO KNOWS!
