If you mean a "running" race then NO I havent, although I would probably consider it if I was to be in a running race.
Everyone has a bit of greed in them when it comes to winning, whether they wan to admit it or not.
I, on the other hand would really TRY to refrain from cheating as long as possible, but if came down to it and I only had one option and that option was to cheat "just a little bit" to win, I just might do it.
Gosh that is just terrible to even think about. I know there are alot of people who would frown down upon cheating but we all know that there has been a time in your own life that you have cheated on something no matter how small it may be.

winning means nothing if you have to cheat to do it, so, no I haven't.
