I have alot of burst blood vessels on my chest and neck line.Would vitamin e oil help them heal and go away

My advice would to be to pay for small op to close of both ends of the veins a beautician or beauty therapist can do this at a salon for you, areas varied in price so no advice there. Good luck

Vitamin C with Bioflavinoids is better - 500 mg 2-3 times daily
Grapeseed extract or pycnogenol is great for capillary damage.
Green tea strengthens blood vessels, and Gotu kola is good for healing all kinds of soft tissue trauma.

Vit K is good topical vasoconstrictor.
Why are they bursting is more to the point...

well, it won't do any harm! Probably laser therapy would help more - but is expensive
