hmmmmm if he says he'll call and then he doesnt it's a pretty clear sign:( or if he doesnt pay attention to what you say, or even if you realize that he doesnt notice you.. coz there is a difference in "pretending not to notice you" and " really not caring if you are there or not".. so try to see that.. no ideas left sorry.... good luck anyway, and if he DOESNT like you - just forget him, coz he wasnt worth the trouble in the first place!

if he ignores you or barely knows your there than no. if hes a good friend than its different, he may just be shy and waiting...
