The body will store calories to preserve them because the body won't know when more will be coming so it sort of "panics" and "protects" any energy it gets. Best to just eat sensibly and exercise. Besides, ultra-thin isn't in, anymore. It looks and is UNHEALTHY.

If you must have something cold and sweet then eat a fruit sherbet. Lay off the baked goods, especially icing laden ones. Again, it's sugar. If you must eat baked goods have a carrot cake and limit yourself to one moderate slice or one cupcake.
The key is not deprivation, it's MODERATION.

I think you have taken it a bit too far...You should eat 4 or 5 small low fat meals during the day. This will keep your energy up and also drink lots of water and green tea.

even if ur on a diet, u still have to eat . u cant live w/o eating . my best advise is to find a diet online and do what it says. eat low fat, carbs stuff , like salads and stuff , if u really like ice cream and stuff, pick a day , like sunday, and only eat it then, , then the rest of the week, eat healthly stuff.
You cant live w/o eating . so even when ur on a diet , u still have to eat . believe me . when i was in 7th grade my friend didnt eat for 2 days. she passed out and had to go to the er. it wasnt to much fun 4 her. (( she thought she was 2 fat ))
