You may wish to look at this page from the IRS web site: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=105097,00.html it plainly says that taxes are required and filiing is lawful. So to be the only one to answer your question, no, I will not stop paying taxes and no, I will not stop filing my income tax return. And yes I watched the entire film.
I also note this important update from this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sixteenth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution which puts to rest the argument of the film. Therefore, pay your tax and support your government. It would be a wonderful thing to be tax free but that is not the case. Death and taxes, no way to avoid them.

I have this DVD, and I beleive what is stated in it. However, just beleiving what is stated does not change the fact that the IRS or Revenue Canada will use the full penalty of the law for people who cant stand up firmly against it. People have won court cases againt the IRS as stated in the documentary, and of coarse the IRS is going to state otherwise, THEY ARE THE IRS. If you really want to be true to you and your country you will have to do a lot more research to be able to pull it off. Otherwise abide and wait, NESARA may actually pass one day. Its a fine line we walk in a world that is run by The Corrupt and demands our submitance.
My advice to you is to not focus on it too much, sure, inform yourself, but then get back to finding something to smile about. We cant spend our lives focusing on negative things, after all, you are what you think about.
Good Luck

Check out the IRS website about these kinds of frivolous arguments. Everyone who tried them (are you listening, Wesley Snipes?) lost in court. Everyone.
