2: Too much adware in your PC!
Get this little tidbit of info in your brain, your PC has ram or random access memory, its like a suitcase! When you run software, it puts the program in the suitcase and runs it! Okay now your goin on a software trip and you have two suitcases full of software you want to run and one suitcase! Somethins gotta give!

That's hard to give a definit answer to, but it sounds like you've got something using all the system resources. I say that because of the mouse not moving smoothly. The other issues that happen over time could be because of heat. Try cleaning out the dust if that hasn't been done recently. If that's not it and your scans are truning up nothing then you'll probibly have to do a windows repair or reinstall unless you know someone that can look deeper into the problem. Make sure you have all your updates too.

It could be any number of things causing this problem. A few are:

Low line voltage, and the computer power supply can't correct sufficiently; check line voltage, if low contact power company.
Dying or undersize Power supply. (How many "accessories" have you added?)
Overheating, (CPU, HD, MB), check fans for dust, etc.
HD dying slowly, test with "non-destructive" program.
Virus, adware, spyware, etc.

may be a virus has attacked your computer download a virus remover from http://www.grisoft.com remember i m talking about a virus remover not an antivirus, if it doesnt help then try to upgrade your ram if it is 256mb or lesser.

also try antimalware program for malwares scanning.
you can also try pcdoctor for any hardware conflict.

This would be a good starting point. The link below will take you to the Symantec website for Norton Utilities. You will find free diagnosis tools which can scan your system for possible virus's and spyware. Also, you can download a 90-day trial version of this software for free. This is one of the premier programs for virus and spyware protection.

It might be a virus. But your physical RAM might have gone bad.
