I say, trying to live in constant awareness is a lot better than living like ure aware of everything but youre an ignorant snob like most people tend to be when they think theyre something.
Am no hindu, but I can tell u that the way they live is a lot more peaceful and beneficial for the soul than the way we live in the west. Mainly because they think they dont know any better and continue to live life in constant awe...while we...dwell in our ignorance of the world by thinking we know better than everybody else does.
Thats why I say, every human should taste what its like to be in someone elses culture and shoes.

You can meditate absolutely anytime...meditation is being mindful about the present moment, many people try to meditate all the time. Not crazy...they are the ones who are fully living in each moment, wouldn't you want that too?

it's about being in the present moment no matter what you are doing... rather than trying to cook and thinking of all the things you still have to get done and next thing you know you burn your dinner... life will pass you by if you aren't focused in the moment.

This is what a religious attitude will get you. they do all this for nothing, as they are going to hell anyway because they do not accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
