Yes, I did and If not thanks for the reminder. For about 2 weeks I somehow am still custom to the time that once was. Sounds crazy guess I have to let my body adjust, they say only children go though this, but mmm lets say I have been doing it for some time, lol thanks again and take care.

Living in AZ. I don't have too. It's so nice not to have to worry about setting clocks forward or backward. And, not to have to readjust your built in time system. I've lived out of state and found that one hour more or less makes a big difference to your body. When it's time to get up your poor confused body is screaming, "ONE MORE HOUR, PAAAALEASE..... ONE MORE HOUR". Or, you wake up an hour earlier than you need too and can't go back to sleep. By the time you get adjusted to the time change, it's time to change it all over again!!

I use a Mac, so my computer did it for me automatically. I just change my other clocks in the house based on it during the day when the time changes.

That's a good question. I came into work this morning at 7:45. I'm supposed to be here at 8:00. My boss was fuming because I was 45 minutes late! I then told him about the "fall back" and he said it wasn't time yet. I told him to check his cell phone for the time and he saw I was right and apologized to me and gave me a raise! What a good Sunday!

I remembered but haven't done it yet and probably won't until later.... I'm terrible at that.... I just live knowing that it's an hour ahead.

They can claim it's to save energy all they want, but it's really just another way for the government to control our daily lives.
