His grandson's baseball team went up against mine in a recent baseball tournament and I got to meet him and get his autograph. An ESPN magazine that I have says its worth up to $1,500 and I have two of them (one for me, one for my little brother). How much do you think it would be worth?

I have gotten it authenticated at an authentication facility near me. I don't plan on ever selling it because like the one person said, it is a priceless posession.

1,500 bucks is pretty steep for a magazine.

I'd rather buy from a reputable seller that has his autographs on a Glove, which would be way more cheaper and would look a whole lot better than an ESPN magazine.

the real worth is how much YOU value your autograph.

to me, meeting him in person and getting his autograph would be priceless, to somebody else probably a 100 bucks or so.

I think it depends on what is on the picture. The actual signature
shouldn't change in value, but what it was signed on will determine the actual value of the autograph. Check this link out,
and make sure it has a Certificate of Authenticity.

I had him autograph a $2 bill just after he changed his name and won the championship in 1964. Now that he has passed, it will be interesting to see what it brings

it depends on what it's on...is it authentic? do you have a COA for it? an autograph is only worth what someone would pay for it...take a look on ebay and see what his autograph is going for
