Please DON'T name him Ceasar, Capone, or any other Rott name that everyone and their mom has already used and is convinced is original.
Names really depend on their personality too. If he is doppy (which I'm sure he is being a Rott) Fred would be good. Wallace is also nice for the more intellegent sort. If he is the cuddly sort perhaps Jack.

We had one when I was a kid named Bruno, but my dad picked that one.
