The vast majority of Filipinos do not speak Spanish. However, many of our 160+ languages have Spanish words. For example, in Tagalog the greeting is "kumusta" which comes from Spanish "cómo está."
There are families scattered about the Philippines that do speak Spanish, but they are a very very very small minority. Also, Spanish is taught only in universities. University graduates may have some knowledge of the language, but they may not speak it.
Furthermore in Zamboanga and Cavite there are people who speak Chavacano. Chavacano is a Spanish creole, but it isn't Spanish. For example if you want to say "I ate fish" you say "ya come yo pescao."
Before the Americans came and imposed English in 1898, Spanish was used among Filipinos. There are groups like Hispanofilipino who are working to bring back Spanish in the Philippines.

There are many words in Tagalog, Pilipino, and other Filipino dialects that come from Spanish. But most Filipinos now do not speak fluent Spanish.

The language for the Philippines is 'Filipino' or 'Tagalog'. They speak a combination of these two along with 'English'. Not Spanish. Although, if they live in the U.S. they learn Spanish in school.

Some may, I'm not sure about that. But I know my in laws (from the Manila area) speak Filipino, a dialect of Tagalog. I believe, but don't promise, that it is the national language. I also think many speak English.
