If you meet them in a chat room, it is stupid. Guys in chat rooms are looking for one thing only. If you meet them through a legit dating service through the Internet, I have heard some good stories. Most of them are looking for the real deal.

It doesn't work real well Constance. I know of two women who met (and God help them) married men online. The third one went to meet her 'boyfriend' only to be confronted by a wife and three children (they were supposed to be out of town so he thought he was safe). The two who did marry them were dumped as soon as the guys got their green cards. Just remember, you have no idea who you are talking to out there. Be careful and NEVER, EVER meet them at your home or a secluded spot.. Never give out you number, never agree to anything that puts you in danger. This isn't blind dating, there are no 'friends' who put you together. The nice 20 year old guy may turn out to be a sixty year old pervert. Please be carful.
