I always put creamed cheese on a plate with cannned shrimp (drained) with cocktail sauce over the top of that, it is good with any kind of crackers.

You may want to try brie and a meat platter

Or spinich dip

Cottage or cream Cheese, thinly sliced sweet vine tomatoes and some lovely slices of ripe avocado, with a sprinkling of freshly milled black pepper on top! Yummmmm!

get a loaf of party rye...spread a little butter on the slices, sprinkle with a touch of garlic salt, put them in a toaster oven until crisp...top with sliced reg.or black olives and cream cheese...

this is going to sound crazy awful but its really good -- boil some tomatoes for about 10 mins until their skins pop. crush them up in a pot with some spices (i like garlic with some thyme and marjoram) and use it as a bread spread. its really good! crushed tomatoes are used like a bread spread in spain -- thats where i picked it up.

you can never go wrong with sliced boiled eggs topped with fish roe.
