Is there a program that I can use to alter my picture to see how i would look with a smaller nose or anything?

I remember I saw some Cosmopolitan (like the magazine) software. It was about hair and stuff...

yes, use photoshop ( very expensive ) or use paint shop pro.
there are other photo editing programs that are free on the internet. Search!

The program is called knife but make sure you take care of the bleeding.
