If you love your wife then you'll find out why she gained 60 lbs. She the same women dispite being heavier. Weight issues with a woman can be a very touchy situation. Regardless of that, make sure you support her and show her that you love her. She may be going through something very stressful and don't know how to tell you about it. Has anyone(family or friends) said anything to you about it? It's never, ever okay to lie to someone bacause if they find out the truth later, it makes the situation worse. Besides, "meat" is for the man and "bone" is for the dog. Lots of luck!!!

She is the same woman but I can see where it may feel she is not. Yes, it is imperitive you NOT criticize the weight issue but there is something you CAN do. Together you can begin some sort of physical recreation which benefits both your health. Do NOT suggest she go on a diet...but you can suggest you both begin a healthy eating regimen and make it seem like it is for your benefit! She will think she is doing you a favor and in the meantime she will begin to feel better about herself. Then you will see a thinner, healthier her! Just remember, though, someday you will have a wrinkled face, saggy skin and maybe no teeth...if she can still love you...then you can still love her in spite of the ravages of time. I hope she will get active with you and then you can again truthfully tell her how beautiful she is to you. Just remember also that the beauty inside is the one that lasts...
Good luck!

look for ways to be active with her and start doing thinks to lose the weight with out telling her what you are doing like say hey honey lets go for a walk in the moonlight she will think you are just being romantic and love it then come back and get turn off the lights and get naked and have more fun I mean exercise get a membership and a co-ed gym and work out together but start out slowly and build up she did not gain it over night so it will take about one year or so maybe only 6 mos if you work fast but *sex* is one the best exercises so start having more sex and she will eat less it is a well known fact if a woman eats a lot she is lacking *sex* woman that love food love sex and if they don
t get enough of love they will get more of the other so has your sex drive gone down maybe you need a male enhancement meds!!!!

but as long as she moves more and eat less the weight will come off start having fun together you could try a small trampoline too the are fun and the best too they work more muscle groups at one time!!!!

also check out this site it helped me lose 5 pounds already and then I lose 50 lbs so it works and I lose my tirple chin I have a sexy young chin again and I look like 22 even tho I am 43 now!!!

How important are looks? what if you had a think beautiful wife that was a biatch, could you put up with that?

If you are scared, then you should man up and say something, but if you don't want to hurt her feelings then zip it! Hopefully your wife is more than just something to look at.

No it isnt ok.Why would you lie to your wife?Just find a nice way of telling her that you really loved her nice slender figure and wouldnt mind if she would lose some weight.I would hate to live with someone who lies to me.Good luck.
