i know she has been preparing for the exam .it is a good reason to comfort myself to stay on or i think from a emotional point of view to move on for the next.we are having so much conversation and recenlty she avoiding me ..and i sense it

What was her answer? Did she say no or not right now? If she's studing then maybe she's just preoccupied right now. Give it a chance later, but remain friends. If you step out now then your chances are shot for sure.

Don't completely give up yet. Give her some time, try to be friendly and get close to her. Then give it another shot. Don't push to the point of being annoying or trying too hard for someone who isn't worth your attention. Try offering to help her study for her exam, she might really appreciate it. Good luck!

just be a good friend. dont give her the idea that youre only around her cuz you like her more than that. and if shes cool with you too and doesnt seem to be avoiding you anymore.. then go from there..
