Just sounds like you're stocky. Healthy is much better than some of these anorexic girls out there.

Well do you think your fat?If you do than why don't you try throwing out all the junk food in your house. Then set a certain schedule of all the activities you think will help you loose it,or just keep your regular schedule if you are already have one.Now your probabally not fat.Just tall and mostly muscle.I have a friend that is 5'4 also. She is very tall and muscle. And just because you think your going to make the squad by being very thin, your wrong. It's how good you are.Even if you don't make the squad, try another sport. You might like it more than cheering.Necause most people go to a sport because they llike it.Not because of the cheerleaders. So remember just to be yourself. Not who everyone else is.

well, they say that you should weigh 100 pounds for the first 5 feet of height and then 5 pounds for every inch after that, so you should weigh about 120 pounds? But that depends on your muscularity, muscle weighs more than fat, so you should not worry about your size so much, you sound curvy- lucky you! Btw, cheerleaders need the extra muscle for stunts!

As an aside, muscle does NOT weigh more than fat--a pound is a pound. A pound of muscle is more compact. As an example, a pound of steel takes up less volume than a pound of feathers.
Understanding the body mass proportions of muscle vs. fat is pretty intricate. The following link will help you get started.

Here's what the charts at the doctor's office say...for 5 ft tall, you should weigh 100 pounds. For every inch over five feet, add 5 pounds. So at 5' 4", you should weigh 120 pounds. If you make the cheer leading squad, the extra 15 pounds should come off pretty quick!

No, you are not overweight or the tiniest bit fat. If you are muscular, then a lot of your weight will be coming from muscle as opposed to fat, so I'm sure you are perfect. HTH : )

You may be the TINIEST bit over weight but I don't think your fat. But if you decide you need to lose a little, read kristinhanks Q/A; they could help.
Best of luck with cheerleading!! If you don't make it this year: don't give up~try again next year!

Um, well you may be big boned but not fat. Try doing crunches to get rid of your belly/love handles. Also muscle weighs a lot more than fat, so remember that.

Over weight is speculation. If you are happy inside then u are not over weight. How u describe yourself doesn't sound like you are at risk of being unhealthy. Recent studies have shown that Little extra weight is actually better for you then being bone skinny.

Sounds fine to me. Muscle weighs more then fat, so that may be the reason and you need this for cheerleading, so you have it going on.
