you can use yamipod, because it works with windows 98 and can be used to substitute iTunes on downloading musics to your iPod

from what i know i dont think you can? :S i suggest go to a friends house install it there and take all your mp3s with u on a cd or dvd, on a dvd you would be able to fit 4 gigs worth which is so much more compared to a normal cd!
