itunes only works on compuers with windows 2000 or xp, i only have windows 98

hmmmm maybe there is a third party on the net in a windows 98 forum that creates programmes for 98 compatible with modern items such as mp3 players. At a guess...

you can use yamipod, because it works with windows 98 and can be used to substitute iTunes on downloading musics to your iPod

from what i know i dont think you can? :S i suggest go to a friends house install it there and take all your mp3s with u on a cd or dvd, on a dvd you would be able to fit 4 gigs worth which is so much more compared to a normal cd!
