Compared to say France or the UK? Much, much easier. In America, everybody's equal. Or at least nominally so. Any immigrant, not only Arabs, can become quite wealthy in a very short time if they work their butts off, And they do. Skies the limit and nobody's gonna stand in your way. Haitians, Koreans, Indians, Mexicans, Pakis, and yes, Arabs. And everybody else. In France, immigrants were imported to perform menial labor, but were blocked from moving upward. If you ever been to France you are swiftly, and often painfully, made aware that the French are the only real human beings on the planet, all else are some form of articulate humanoid. I cut my visit short and never been back. Arabs, on the other hand, are nice people. So they fit in well in the US.

I've never heard them complain. But then I'm not Arab so I don't know how difficult the changes were for them. They speak English, have been very good people to deal with so far.

I think it depends on whether they want to. I think they do if they care to, and don't if they'd rather live apart. They have a choice.
